Looks like some serious savings in consolidating delivering the customer end of imaging. Also, Imbio probably have a head start in the AI space which is very expensive and time consuming to enter into. AI is part of 4D's plan.
$9m (and growing) in revenue but plenty of $savings in the engine room. And leveraging the 4DMed suite on board. In a very short time, we're leaping aboard into VA revenue by partnering hardware (Philips) and now software that already have a seat on the train. Exciting!
