I suspect they will need close to all their cash (+ dec 24 options) in order to fund 4dx to breakeven. I expect FY24 to be very unprofitable, just hope we see some ramping up of cash receipts at least in the last quarter. Hence, they need additional cash for any acquisition. Andreas is leveraging his 4dx holding to have spending money so I think it is reasonable for him to have a low risk tolerance when it comes to their cash balance.
