I know it's not ideal to have a capital raise as some have mentioned, but fortunately this is not a huge amount in the grand scheme and given the apparent quality of this acquisition (and timing to acquire Imbio at earlier stage), there is much strategic and financial sense in it. As I said, it would cost us heaps more to get to where Imbio is in relation to its AI products!

The market may act irrationally first and ask questions later but it may not do so, given what's been said of Imbio. Also AI is all the buzz word of 2023! This may be looked at very favourably when the dust settles.
