My opinion:
Since FDA it has been bang, bang, bang through the goal posts: FDA clearance, first big contracts, Philips MOU, acquires Imbio (with an experienced operating business over a few years, and expanded product range!). There is no point stuffing around! These guys are kicking goals! You can't air guitar deals like that!
For the sake of maybe 15% of Market cap in exchange - why wouldn't you take this opportunity?
