If you were going to raise with a disconnect to (above) the current price, the best way to do that would be to drop multiple price sensitive announcements while in a trading halt. Who in Canada has recently confirmed a mining lease?

I am only hoping you're right, as I've been reading your stuff for ages now.
They didn't need cash right now, so the timing is strange.
We have also been in a free fall for weeks now which also suggests holders under their top 20 (2million shares and under) knew this cap raise was coming.
All I want, and I can say this for all holders here, is a goddamn bottom a solid bottom that we never see again. Lord knows there's no gaps to fill.
