i don't understand the need for a discount for the Aussie tranche, particularly after today's news and particularly where the stock price has been only recently. The better part is the availability of flow through tax concessions in Canada which will lift the average to around 31 cents which is a premium to the current price. Regardless, today's positive project news trumps the negative of the cap raise.
