New Business Development

The acquisition of a new project, or projects, to complement Citronen’s zinc exposure and further build out the Company’s portfolio has been a regular workstream for Ironbark for much of 2023.
The Board’s focus has been on:
• identifying high-value exploration opportunities in the base & battery metals space; with
• a Geographic preference for Australia (particularly Western Australia); that
• are scale appropriate; and • will provide for consistent and year-round newsflow

This criterion is a relatively exacting one however a series of projects has been identified that the Board believes will provide for excellent growth prospects for the Company alongside Citronen.
