Not really worth it when results are due which would enable share price increase, market cap increase and the potential to raise more money at a higher price rather than raising a small amount at a lower price.

im not sure I can agree that a raise was always on the cards (a raise is always on the cards when the company isn’t cash flow positive) as justification for a poorly timed raise which has potential negative ramifications for SHs.

again it will be interesting to see the details of the raise before further comment, maybe they will blow the market away with something attached to the raise or a little more topping on it, maybe they won’t.
