Dont' worry about the directors and CEO they'll make enough from salaries and free share's to make enough from the company in the end even if they have to issue billions of shares. Its just a question of how long they'll be able to raise cash from the market believing the story
They even just gave themselves 6% fee from 4 million dollars of debt they'll never use
