    Well now they don't need to worry about using this cash at all as they have the cap raise cash to use. It was just a stalling tactic as the were trying to pump the bad news as best they could and raising at 17c was the best they could before the share price got any worse as people figured out that with pioneer helium extraction NSAI would never put a figure against
