Well we will definitely know the intentions behind this CR Tues. On one hand what has been presented is a 24mil raise at 16c pending conversion of options. If the CR is oversubscribed, a good result has been achieved, especially in this environment. If it struggles, then all the BS calls will be validated.

I have seen it before where a low ball CR has catipulted the SP due to fundamentals, I have also seen it where the SP capitulates due to poor fundamentals. I think the company has something here, but that will all be confirmed on Tues.
