I would hope that this is not an overly dilutive Capital Raise, and that the short term debt was to avoid a dilutive raise.
Even with what they have so far, I would hope they could raise from a Strategic Player at a premium to market, if ndeed the halt is for a raise.
I guess we'll know soon enough.
