From a CR perspective, RIM needs around $5M to fund the business and kickstart exploration. If the past repeats itself we will only see $300-500K to keep the directors' remuneration and overheads ticking over.
One of these outcomes potentially gives SHs benefits and the other only only benefits Directors. Either way brings further shareholder dilution.
I heard a whisper that that the MD has been chasing down Billis wanting to do a deal. Talk about double agents.
