I just think that there is no coincidence that this CR out of the blue came a matter of days after some left field positive news, and maybe the latter has been used opportunistically, but I reckon there is half a chance that it has been leveraged uniquely. I hear what you are saying and that is the logical approach, so as some other muppet said, 'time will tell'.
