Maybe takes a maths class as well as English. By asking for a better offer, we acheived owning a greater ratio of the merged company, so actually less dilution for us.
Maybe you meant issuing more shares to meet 14:1 means there will a larger share register. That's true, but every one of those extra shares goes to TMT shareholders.
It does dilute AVL shareholders more, but that's your problem to worry about.
