would of preferred it when AVL made the insulting approach of 10.7 that TMT management made the market aware of the bid and how it was rejected. then TMT top holders could of bought more on market to make the market caps align and block any stupid low ball bid. it wouldn't of taken much on the TMT side. very poor form to accept the 12-1 and put it to holders imo
