    My issue with this scheme has always been the scrip for scrip.

    AVL don't have the ability to raise enough money to pay for the shares so they are forcing TMT holders to take shares.

    But plain as day in front of us showing why this is a terrible idea.

    I was starting to come around at 14:1 but still not happy about it... now I'm very much back in the NO camp.
