    Its a good deal for Newbies as its near a 3 year low nearly 10% below the last raise a year ago
    Sorry,I dont see that as a good outcome for current shareholders
    If you are joining us ,welcome,and hopefully you will hold for the longer term benefits of silver demand expectations
