    Yes IMO I believe we will receive bank/off-take funding. We may still have a 10-15m CR to get through to flow testing however I believe days of significant dilution are behind us now. I don't believe there will be any farm in partnership in the next 12 months (see previous posts) however as 7seven7 alluded to there could be a financing partner for 10% for $50 million
