It is the surplus from the SPP, they are only looking to raise $250k.

▪LNU is seeking to raise A$250,000 by issuing approx. 125,000,000 shares via a Placement at A$0.002 per share (the “Offer”) utilising its existing placement capacity of 125,000,000 shares under ASX Listing Rule 7.1.
▪Board & Management of the Company have endorsed the Offer, flagging their intention to contribute to the Offer subject to shareholder approval, as required by ASX Listing Rules.
▪The Company reserves the right to accept oversubscriptions.
