The raise could habe been in october. Share price was on aberage 25cents between augusz -october. So 20% discount, everything same, he would have raised 5 mil more.
raise in august with share price averaging between june and august 30cents….do the math.
why did they talk around in all shareholder presentations that they rather go for debt? And don’t want to dilute more.
