That is my understanding -totally unnecessary lowball CR at present for one reason only - behind closed doors discussions to accommodate/gift the M121 whom are now flouting their position/huge gains on ECE exit - with further huge gains and the AC mafia who got into bed with them. I expect they anticipate a retail sell off in disgust and make further gains - short it possibly more with their additional holdings - we thought time was running out for shorts yet the AC mafia egg was carefully hatching his boards own agenda with M121 - no probs as they will make miraculous progress and be the headlines in media again soon enough - just as they paid from retail holders money past previous coverage that has been - well noticeably and conveniently absent.
Lassonde Curve displays a graph - how it plays out is very different - the mafia don't just come and offer an opportunistic takeover and all is done - well rarely these days - no they arrive through the back door at disgraceful low investments and period of manipulation to reduce even more their capital outlay - all above board with their lawyers and money/connections/undisclosed large shoulder rubs to AC management whom get their huge fill also.

My main concern is how our Tier 1 off takers and financiers and OZ govt are viewing all this!

I have no concerns re opportunistic takeover - unsure if anyone mentioned such. The M121 and AC are to entrenched and looking after each other to progress Nolan's when it suits (look at the comment by egg - it has taken longer than expected and we hoped to roll into full construction - BS egg - AC and M121 are colluding to make a fortune in future years and will in no way be looking to sell off Nolan's = they simply do not get maximum benefit - well certainly AC mafia anyway pending on new 50 million strike details - viewed the post thank you Birch - Amy can say whatever - she may not be there in 3 months and we are certainly accustomed to AC mafia saying whatever they want and not delivering - my guess is financial close will be the first strike but that's not important for now - then again it it is given AC mafia are holding on to much more than we know re the never delivered major GE offtake for example - all fine the other non binding dribs and drabs of info ok but not ok opposed to what the M121 club are privvy to.

Hold them tight - I will accumulate - it is so obvious - M121 and AC mafia have all but completed their Lassonde Curve move - Nolan's shovel ready advanced status retail paid for primarily is not the issue - neither manipulative RE pricing - the next 40+ years is what our M121 and AC are positioning themselves for - with very minimal input from their own monies. I just need to free $ to do likewise.
