You're onto it Birch - last cheapies and pain prior to the deals being announced - as I stated a few days back - BEOT have to get their fill (whomever next in line we will know soon and of course those board freebies have to have ducks lined up). Disappointing the raise not post delivery of big pending (held back) announcements but to managements credit they did release the very important Kexim announcement just prior to this raise that saw no sp reaction.
Material Raise - well all raises are material to a company's operations - we are past the days of CR retail so expect this "material raise" to be of substance and tied to ? Expect raise finances to be directed solely to serious ramp up of long lead item purchasing commitments. Now that last piece of debt re Kexim locked in they can really move forward - such was the importance of that ANN that sorely went missed by the market. Time is critical - time is now - raise the cash and get these big long lead items and contractors on the go.
