You can always find a negative event, and as shown with ARU, the board bounced from one negative event to the next with no genuine understanding, or rational reasoning to why they were shorting…hell, at one stage they blamed the NdPr prices which decoupled from the ARU share price back in April.

The thing is, companies are not perfect, and will at times have hard times keeping to timelines etc. but that does not mean that ASX and ASIC who fail to regulate should allow market manipulation to punish these companies to almost death….

It’s like death by 1000 cuts for any little mistake or delay… that’s not a genuine way to run a countries growing assets for future wealth of its people.

In our case, and what I have seen across the ASX, it’s greed, corruption, and manipulation. Then you have the senior management that are scared to speak out in fear of their future careers…

In my view, it’s time for regulators to begin to regulate. The market manipulation based on an excuse is not conducive to orderly markets. The punishment (of shorting a company into failure) as some describe is ok, should not be death, particularly given the decades of work and untold amounts of investment that the general public and interested parties have laid down.

Couldn't agree with you more Birch, here we are again today trying to break 16 cents and in 1 hit at 10.43am over 2M dumped in at 16 cents and a further 2M now on the sell side.

It is obvious that without news that a business with $20-$50M at their disposal at anyone time can decimate pre-revenue companies as mentioned by Alex Dorsch. He is right on the money whilst our management shrug their shoulders.

Surely they would have the same thoughts as Alex, it is blatantly obvious.

My added concern is if the shorts over the last few days are selling at 16 cents, their intention is to be closing out lower again which is just a tragedy. It appears vindictive and should be investigated, simple as that and it needs our management jumping on the back of Alex Dorsch to formulate a "me 2 movement" Now that would actually make sense and very easy to investigate 3 stocks that aren't revenue raising yet but are in the top 20 Shorted. How hard can it be to investigate CHN, LTR and ARU to ensure all is above board.
