Gosh, i suppose I better read up on it, although xmas is very bad timing for a CR.. are they back to trading on Monday? What will this do to the SP, why can't they just make money from their business model instead of diluting shareholdings, simply resorting to fundraising ... charities do that ! and these start ups are not contributing as much as not for profit charities do to society, but take money for expenses and it all vanishes.. DO BETTER BUSINESS !
