Is there precedent or a past pattern of NEU releasing price sensitive announcements after close of trade on a Friday?
I think it may be less a matter of choosing when, but rather, as a previous poster (Taureanbull) mentioned, of NEU waiting to receive notification from the FDA and the time needed to put together a public statement.
today, Friday in Australian time zone is Thursday in the US? Technically the FDA has another day, their Friday, to do what they need to do and we likely would see the trading halt end on Monday (AU time) after NEU publishes their own official statement.
