From my memory, the phase 2 results for Trofinetide (Daybue) at that time where not overwhelming then and yet Neuren decided to proceed and tweaked the P3 trial which resulted in a magnificent trial result... Same could happen here (if results are not splashy enough), which I doubt as John was/is much more enthusiast about NNZ-2591 for a reason..as the phase 2 trial now is an open trial (how many times should we iterate this (!)....And last but not least, the current trial might not be numbered large enough to demonstrate statistical significance....
So, for me, it will be a weekend to enjoy biking & concert.. Have a nice weekend.
