Entirely different kettle of fish.
Retts P3 was Acadia's trial, for which there was no halt (don't think they do them) and was announced post market on a Friday (Sat morning our time). By the time our market opened the next Monday, Acadia's success was common knowledge in Australia. From memory there was a short trading pause to officially announce the success to our market.
Nothing to see here in terms of a potential indicator of bad news.
