    The ASX has a duty now to question his failure to comply with rules associated with being listed. He is the CEO. He is in breach. Suspend him and let someone else take the reigns. PH clearly states in the ANN : will remain in trading halt until the

    earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 18 December 2023
