If you are surprised by a TH for a CR, then you have not been reading the tea leaves, nor HC. Papstock has said as much here of late, and there have been other signs of its coming.
Now that it is here, or at least pending, accept it and then look forward, hoping for good news on an acquisition and also good news on CCDD7.
This could be 'ground zero', a basement price on which to accumulate.
