The ASX suspends trading for 20mins. after a trading halt is lifted (I wrote to them one day complaining about it and that's what they said). If the trading halt was lifted at market opening then you can expect trading to commence at about 20 mins. after opening.
If it lasts longer than 20 mins. I'd start to get worried.
