Trading Halt
Sarytogan Graphite Limited (“the Company”requests that a trading halt be granted by ASX with respect to its securities.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1:
(a) The Company requests a trading halt as it has received material spheroidization results and needs time to process the results for release to the market.
(b) The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the Company releasing the announcement referred to in paragraph (a) or the commencement of trading on Tuesday 19 December 2023.
(c) The event which will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph (b). (d) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
Interesting, we will see where the lie of the land is.
