I don't think anyone will offer more at this stage.
No reasons given nada.
I reckon SQM will offer more $ and that's what the time is needed because of the results not yet released to the market.
That or both parties have agreed to drop the terms and open it up to other offers. Break fee not a huge amount if neither party want to drag it out as others are saying.
