    Media reports are that SQM,Creasy,Gina and Chris have come to an agreement and they are reporting an increased offer. Could it be that Creasy sells his entire holdings at $5.00 to a partnership SQM,Gina and Ellison and that retail will get the $5.00 offer. Very attractive for Creasy and the company would trade as partnership. 30% each, 10% retail no taking offer.Just a thought.
