Strategic raising reason ;
* Future Govt Funding objectives
* Malaysian Progress
*Demo Plant hiccups / working capital !
Peter Church bought only 2 weeks ago @ 6c ( not a huge amount 400000 )
Wait and see for me , hope the raise would be @ 5.5c Not sure what the 15 day VWAP is ?
