    If they have met conditions via a deposit or promissory note or whatever then the FULL amount plus interest has to be paid. Plus there's no ongoing costs with seizures etc which all adds up and could get messy.

    Personally I like to see the CORRECT amount paid. That will really accumulate the longer this stretches out
