Ok, its approx 77 million full shares available to sophs and 115 million to retail.
Important to consider that if the sp capitulated completely, how some would have wanted, the raise would have been 10 cents or under a share. Food for thought? Scott needs to make it clear how funding will be done after this one. Is a % up for sale etc or we'll simply get more of the same in the future - it will hold back the sp.
