Scott is honest, but as the humble head of a small exploration company he cant control the capital markets. And I am not sure why you use the word 'promised'. He said he is talking to banks, which I have no doubt he is. He also said he plans for early monetisation, again a worthy plan. He said he'd like to control the company and expand the resource for a few more year's of appraising to get maximum value for shareholders before considering farm ins and takeover. ... he hasn't broken this 'promise'
