To be a good CEO of one of these co's you need both technical and commercial knowledge and acumen. And experience across all these areas .
You also need to be sitting outside the funnel. Others need to be tasked with the detail. As a ceo you then make decisions based on their input, with board as a sounding board.
Scott did not make these decisions with out board and (the snall) management team input.
We do not know whether scott and board were told certain things by financiers, only to have the rug pulled out from under their feet.
it is what it is. Take up the cheap mosels on offer if you can.
