I also said in that post that IMO "...no (further) CR ANN (would) be made by year’s end". That has NOT happened today.

IMO what will be ANN on 27 Dec. will be the TERMS of a CR - and as everyone supposedly knows on HC the capital to be raised cannot be raised before 31 Dec, because the co. has already reached its raise limit for 2023.
So the DATE by which the capital raise subscribers have to put up their $ will I expect be a DATE during Jan 2024.
ANY amounts suggested so far - on this Thread - of cents per share payable - under the CR's terms - and what will be the ratio of Oppies per share subscribed for - is IMO pure speculation.
