Sorry what does a cap raise have to do with poor performance of the company? the finds are good, the potential for a bigger discover is close, the team have overcome significant obstacles and continue to hit targets.

A cap raising is a healthy process, as monies are requested from shareholders on an incremental basis, so the market acts as a voting machine on performance and the SP dictates the future cash flows and potential upside. The fact that this is continuous is better IMO, i have witnessed plenty of companies use debt to finance things like exec comp and projects, where the shareholder has no say and the company can quite easily be run into the ground or bankrupt. I know which method I prefer.

Its par for the course and if most people can do the math, then the reactions should not be like yours, uninformed.
