It’s Scott’s job to bs. It’s the CFO’s job to coordinate the messaging with the CEO, and ensure the company is funded.

If any of you think that Scott has had any other priority than to get a D for himself, and to follow that up with deliberate and ruthless steps to book reserves and enter production is a major clown.

Board and management, excluding Scott, hold barely 1.5% of IVZ. Scott holds 5.5%. But Scott has a 1% gross royalty.

That gross royalty may be worth considerably more than his shareholding in time. So Scott does things for Scott and Cabora. Muppets on HC are a distant after thought.

It doesn’t seem like he has to kiss much arse to get shareholders to stump up. Most are still in the puppy love phase.
