What a load of BS, Scott is the largest SH, any dilution affects him more than anyone. Who would loan a Co. money with no revenue? His mention of bank funding was for the future, how would he have time to put bank funding in place for all of the immediate costs to keep moving forward in a timely manner ie long lead items etc. SM has done a magnificent job to get the company to where it is. Zim govt wants this project fast tracked, they will be at the table to sign the PPSA before we know it and this CR will be a distant memory. My understanding is that the CR for Sophs will be oversubscribed and close this afternoon, that shows what demand there is.
