The entitlement offers are a mess for non-resident foreign shareholders, most foreign banks do not deal with australian options!
Hopefully that is the last brokerrelated capital raise for the next 6 months. Within 6 months Scott should prove the feasibility of his ideas and get a farmin partner for at least a bit of his gigantic acreage. Whether or not he likes this approach does not matter. He cannot expect to piss off shareholders eternally with pet capital rises. Till end of 2024 we still should get a nice capital increase. If not there are others to invest in.
