    If you're a holder and need to raise funds, you could sell down to circa 11, buy in the rights issue at 13 get your free attaching options and still be ahead
    Sell 100k at. 11, buy circa 84.6 K with the 11 grand and receive 42.3k free options.
    As long as the options remain over the 2c difference in price your ahead... Blah blah tax implications whateva.... ( if your ahead?)
