the reason is they need money for flow testing and 3D seismic so they can obtain results to help progress the company on to an extended basin opening program.

I just bought a house and was talking to banks as well, and not once did the bank concede anything to me. They controlled the entire process, with an apology at the end and $100 gesture into my savings account for all the drama they'd caused
