Effect on IVZOA Oppies price by forthcoming CR –

IMO Sweet Fanny A..... given they - IVZOA - don't expire till 07 June 2026 so their built-in intrinsic value ( IV, i.e. for the time period from now till then) should remain pretty stable till about 6 months before that expiry date.

My calc. of this intrinsic value =

Current IVZOA last sale price

plus Exercise price

minus current IVZ last sale price = 8.1+20.0-15.5) = 12.6

Keep in mind though that the trades in IVZOA for the last 5 months (they 1st listed in late June 2023) are being executed – IMO - by only ONE trader, with more than 1 trading account.

I.e. this trader shorts them at their high, after the heads' SP has correspondingly jumped up.

As the heads then steadily decline, this trader sells down a further large "block" quantity of Oppies

to a small number of buyers ordering similarly small quantities (say < 20,000 per bidder) until those trades reach the trader’s floor buy price order for say 200,000,at which the point the trader stops selling, and then

begins buying back, creating an inevitable retrace almost back up to the price where the trader commenced selling that block.

Seen that, been there done that, many times in as many recent months - having been 1 of those "small" buyers, with a buy order in at a price just above his floor bid.

Note too, the current Market Depth, to justify my "1-trader" opinion.

There's 1 buyer bidding 7.9 for 75,000 & 1 seller offering at 7.9 for identically the same # of shares. IMO that's no coincidence.
