As much as this cap raise sucks, they only thing I'm annoyed about here is Scott specifically mentioning other funding options (such as debt funding with banks) - and implying there were options other than a CR in the short term. All he should have said is "we are still assessing out options" and not commented further. Even if he didn't mean near term, he should have clarified that better.

Otherwise, I don't see that they've done anything they didn't need to in order to have a successful drill and declare a discovery - which was their ultimate goal. The market at the moment is horrendous for any small cap. I've seen companies who have gotten funding - with conditions for future royalties and offtake amounts - and are trading with a market cap thats 20% of the value of the funding they've gotten.

Essentially, the current small cap market is shit. We could have had the exact same sequence of events 2 years ago and I truly believe then we would be north of 80c.
