Scott complained that the market mustn't have read the same announcement as him when the price dropped after discovery, but the truth is the market read him perfectly well, and that's why good announcements don't see share prices going up.

The market knows that it doesn't matter what the SP is, it matters that it's going to drop after PAC sell their regular as clockwork freebies for free money.

If Scott is so confident in the value of his announcement he should show it by buying the same number of shares issued in the CR on the market to support the share price, since it's so undervalued by his assessment.
