Let's put ourselves in Scott's position for a second...

We all know that after the ST - they had to raise money one way or another.

In his defence he probably assumed the SP would be trading much higher - so the team would have figured little dilution to raise the $ and then after flowing - tap into other funding sources

But that didn't happen (not sure who is to blame there) and so the company is stuck thinking well shit. this sucks. our hands are tied though, we need money and have no choice but to capital raise at these ridiculous prices.

Simply put, I don't think the team is happy about this, but they've made their decision now on the basis of it is what it is
